Ashli Molinero, DSc

Dr. Molinero leads the RERC on Telerehabilitation's knowledge translation activities. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Molinero earned her D.Sc. degree in information systems and communications from Robert Morris University in 2004 and her M.Ed. degree in instructional design and technology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001. Her experience includes over 10 years in web development and accessibility for people with disabilities. As an educator, she has taught advanced information systems analysis and design and e-business strategies at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the Department of Computer and Information Systems at Robert Morris University and the School of Leadership and Professional Advancement at Duquesne University. Dr. Molinero has co-authored multiple papers and presented at international conferences on the subject of web accessibility for people with disabilities. She has also co-authored on applications of radio frequency identification (RFID) technologies.
